Explaining industrial capability online
Rabbit Industries was launched in 2019 in Pune by CTO Mr. Dilip Mutha (40+ years in polymer engineering and 50+ SPM automations) alongside directors Mr. Kapil Mutha and Ms. Aprajita Mutha. While their factory had high-precision machinery, their initial online reach was limited.
School stationery distributors, pencil manufacturers and OEM brand partners searching online needed clear product specifications, material details, and a direct route to request bulk quotations.
Clean catalogs and B2B inquiry flows
We built the website on WordPress with separate catalog silos for each core product line: custom molded erasers, Jungle Wax crayons, novelty pencil toppers, and ferrules for pencil manufacturers.
Instead of an overcomplicated ecommerce cart, the site uses fast quotation popups and WhatsApp triggers, allowing institutional procurement officers to request custom tooling and bulk rates right from their phones.
On-page SEO and technical structure
Search visibility for industrial suppliers requires clear page hierarchy. We structured each section to address procurement search intent:
- Keyword-focused page titles and URLs: Clean routes for
/erasers/,/Products/pencil-toppers/, and/Products/ferrules/with descriptive meta titles. - Structured heading hierarchy: Logical H1, H2, and H3 arrangement highlighting product composition, novelty shapes, and bulk packaging options.
- Technical schema markup: Organization and Product schema data giving search crawlers clear entity signals for stationery manufacturing in Pune.
- Google Site Kit integration: Real-time tracking of visitor engagement, search queries, and inquiry form interactions.
What the project put in place
Rabbit Industries now has a structured manufacturing website that represents their engineering capability and gives B2B buyers from Mumbai, Pune, Rajkot and Bangalore a straightforward way to evaluate products and initiate contact.
