Two ways readers use the site
TechHub Insight publishes technology trends, SaaS reviews, cybersecurity updates and B2B technology coverage. The site needed to work for two kinds of reader: someone browsing new stories and someone arriving with a specific topic in mind.
That topic path includes CRM, cloud and security, AI and automation, HR Tech and Marketing Tools. New articles continue after launch, so the website and social posts need a place in the publishing schedule.
Editorial front page and navigation
We built the homepage as an editorial front page. The newest article gets the lead position; supporting cards bring in other stories. Navigation points readers to News & Articles, Technologies and Resources.
The article cards use an image, category label, headline and link to the full story. The full menu also includes Home, About us and Contact us, alongside those reading sections.
Categories and daily publishing
Categories readers can follow
Under Technologies, five sections (CRM, Cloud & Security, AI & Automation, HR Tech and Marketing Tools) give readers a way to browse by subject. Stories have a category before they go live, and related articles remain findable afterwards.
Publishing after launch
Ongoing work includes daily blog publishing. The topics named in this project include Meta AI advertising tools, agentic AI in business, HubSpot follow-up systems, AI cloud security and HR legal risks with AI productivity tools. Headlines and opening paragraphs tell readers what each story covers before the detail begins.
Longer articles, such as the 1,341-word guide "AI Productivity Tools: Legal Risks HR Teams Should Know" and "AI Cloud Security: Prove Control Before Production", put a clear definition before the finer detail and spell out how options differ instead of leaving readers to infer it from a long paragraph.
LinkedIn and Instagram posts
LinkedIn posts open with a point for professional readers and a reason to visit the article. Instagram uses the story's strongest image, a headline and a few plain-language details. One article, two different ways into it; the posts aren't pasted across both feeds.
What is in place
The finished site connects recent articles to five topic routes. LinkedIn and Instagram posts give each story another route back to the publication.
Search and readership performance
Consistent daily publishing across the five technology categories built steady organic search visibility and growing readership across Google Search Console, Site Kit and Rank Math.
